Muscle Mass

 

The total weight of your body from fat-free sources - including muscles, organs, and connective tissue. You can build more muscle mass through consistent exercise and consuming a diet rich in protein.

Body Fat

 

The total weight of your body from fat-free sources - including muscles, organs, and connective tissue. You can build more muscle mass through consistent exercise and consuming a diet rich in protein.

Water Mass

 

The total amount of water in your body, including intracellular and extracellular fluids. Staying hydrated supports overall health, and water levels can fluctuate based on diet, activity, and hydration habits.

Metabolic Rate

 

This is how efficiently your body uses energy and manages things like blood sugar and cholesterol. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and reducing stress can help keep it working well.

Bone Mass

 

The total weight of the bones in your body - this is how much your skeleton weighs! Keeping your bones strong involves regular weight-bearing exercise and a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D.
